Our Story
Family Owned & Operated Since 2017
Welcome to Steps 2 Progress! We are a women-owned, family-oriented business dedicated to serving the Hollywood, FL community. Founded by Sandreka Miller (CEO) and Mark Miller (CFO), our vision was to create a safe haven that feels like a second home.
We believe that every child develops at their own pace. Our name, "Steps 2 Progress," reflects our commitment to guiding each student step-by-step toward their academic and social potential.

Early Learning & VPK (Ages 1-4)
Our early learning program is designed to spark curiosity. We use play-based learning to introduce fundamental concepts.
- Free VPK: Voluntary Pre-K for eligible 4-year-olds to prepare for school.
- Sensory Play: Activities that develop fine motor skills.
- Socialization: Learning to share, communicate, and work in groups.
Preparatory Academy (K - 5th Grade)
A private elementary school experience with small class sizes, allowing for personalized instruction that follows Florida State Standards.
- Core Subjects: Intensive focus on Reading, Math, Science, and Social Studies.
- Step Up For Students: We accept scholarships for K-5 tuition.
- Homework Support: Guided assistance to ensure concepts are mastered.
Extended Care & Camps
Weekend Care
Open Saturdays and Sundays 6:30 AM - 6:00 PM for working parents.

Safe transportation from local schools, snack time, and tutoring included.

Visit our facility, meet the teachers, and see the classrooms in action.
2. Apply & Interview
Complete the registration packet and discuss your child's specific needs with our Director.
3. Welcome Aboard
Submit required documents (shot records, physical) and start your journey!

- DH 3040 (Physical Form)
- DH 680 (Immunization Form)
Nutritious Breakfast, Lunch, and Snacks are included in tuition via the USDA Food Program.
